Since my completion of the BIT treatment, I have noticed within myself a higher level of concentration. I work with numbers all day in my job and I am better able to recall and recite numbers better than I had ever before. I have also noticed that I have become better at handling stressful situations without anxiety attacks that I had to deal with before. I am also able to focus on big issues in the workplace for longer periods of time than I had prior to the BIT treatment. My sleeping pattern has improved and I am able to sleep through the night which is something that I have struggled with for quite some time. In the past, I had experienced some loss of balance while walking and I don't have that problem any more.
